The Issue of Production of Components on Bending Machine

The project is deals with issues of bending components of circular cross-section for particular machine DKB in Mubea company. Theoretical part is used as theoretical base for making training materials for new operation workers at the machine. It contains overview of basic technological principles of bending, bending methods used at DKB, used tools and summary of common defects. Practical part is devoted to training materials, methods of its creation and contains presentation of created document. These materials serve as base for simplification of training new workers so they have got comprehensive summary of all important information needed for independent operation of machine.
